Internship Program:
We offer internships for students interested in learning more about the ABA world. We are partnered with University of Central Florida (UCF) and Rollins College via Handshake. If you are hired for our internship and there is potential for growth, we will help you to become a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
Supervision Hours for Graduates
Are you looking to expand your knowledge of ABA and go for your BCaBA / BCBA?
ABA Alliance Therapy provides the best supervision and management training in the industry! We are very passionate about teaching students about ABA! We provide in-session, individual and group supervision.
There are many chances to obtain both your restricted and unrestricted hours with us with the following:
- Direct 1:1 hours with clients
- Intake and assessments with new and current clients
- Updating goals and programing for clients
- Attending CEU’s with the company
- Parent training
- Analyzing data
- Making materials needed for clients
- Leadership Coaching
- Team building and management
When supervising with ABA Alliance, you will see your BCBA at least once per week. We provide feedback to ensure that you will have all the experience, knowledge and skills necessary to become a BCBA/BCaBA.
