Monica Quinones, Director of Clinical Services

Being raised by two teachers, Monica was destined to dedicate her life to helping children. Beginning her behavior analysis journey as a Behavior Technician and psychology student in 2016, she soon realized her love for the field and decided to build her career. It didn’t take long for Monica to decide to continue her education and become a behavior analyst.
Monica has worked in the field for over 8 years and has worked with ABA Alliance for 5 years. She is dedicated to always growing; she has been lead RBT and Communication Culture Coordinator, leading to her current position as Clinical Director. Her favorite thing about Applied Behavior Analysis is the small wins: “It’s the moment when you see a child make a connection between what you’ve taught them and how they can apply it in the real world. That, and the warm hugs are great too”. Monica loves to use her creativity to connect with the kids and personalize their learning to what they are passionate about.
Monica strives to be a good mentor for passionate therapists. Monica has a diverse range of responsibilities as she is a supervisor to RBTs, provides training to future behavior analysts, and oversees all treatment plans. Monica maintains company culture by prioritizing the maintenance of the ALLIANCE in our name between therapist, caregiver and company.
