Rocky Tarantello, Director of Operations and Co-Owner
Rocky Tarantello lives and raises his family in Orlando, Florida. He is a successful businessman that has dedicated his life to serving others. Growing up in the restaurant industry, Rocky has served the Orlando community for over 20 years. He has sat on and co-chaired numerous charities including Share Our Strength, Taste of the Nation, Second Harvest Food Bank, and many more. What drives Rocky? “I have a passion to give back to the community and create companies that have that goal in mind”.
When he was approached by Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and Co-Founder Hina Efzil to create a company for children with Autism, he jumped at the chance. “Taking a family-first approach is a must for ABA Alliance,” Tarantello says. “This is about providing support and help to families with special needs children. If we do that right, our company will succeed.” Rocky’s favorite thing to do in the clinic is doing cooking classes with the kids.

Hina Efzil, Director of Clinical Services and Co-Owner
Hina Efzil has always had a passion for children, going back to her babysitting days in school. Working with kids has always come easily to Hina as she comes from a big family. She has always known if she were to succeed in life, she would have to be passionate about what she was doing and it would have to be meaningful for her.
With that passion as the driving force behind her academic and career choices, Hina has made an impact on the special needs community. She always knew she would create something to fill needs that weren’t being met for this community, and ABA Alliance Therapy became the company to fill that need.
During her undergraduate degree, Hina completed internships including Autism Speaks, where she helped set up the annual Autism Speaks Walk. Another internship was at a special needs school; on her first day, Hina played with kids, engaged in social skills activities, and ran around the playground. She had such a great time laughing the day away with the kids, it was the first time she didn’t question what she was doing at work. She had found something meaningful that would make her happy. “This is when my purpose in life became clear to me,” Efzil says.
Hina received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and her Master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). While interning at the special needs school, she was hired as an instructor and started to do 1-on-1 therapy after school with clients. Hina found she could accomplish more and have a bigger impact with her clients and their families through 1:1 therapy. “This has become the foundation for ABA Alliance Therapy. We believe in quality, 1-on-1 interaction with our families and children,” says Efzil.
You can find Hina at either clinic location, working directly with clients, providing supervision for our therapists, or helping the administrative team. Hina’s favorite things to do around the clinics are social skills groups, providing parent training, and planning special events for our kiddos and families.

Hello! My name is Kahdija Johnson, and advocacy is truly at the heart of who I am. Not only for the families I work with daily, but also for the staff I have the privilege of mentoring and managing.
I believe in uplifting others, ensuring that each person feels valued, supported, and seen.
Having experienced what it’s like to feel different or overlooked, I strive to be a source of light and
representation for those who may feel excluded, reminding them that their voice and presence matter.

Andrew Hartman, Volunteer Head of Finance
As someone on the autism spectrum, Andrew’s life has been shaped by challenges that are often invisible to others. He understands how difficult it can be to create meaningful connections when dealing with autism every day. People with autism are deeply thoughtful, capable, and deserving of genuine human connection. This work is personal to Andrew, and he is committed to helping create a world where individuals with autism are seen, understood, and supported.
Andrew serves as a volunteer for this organization, bringing over 4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax, and financial reporting, including work with firms such as Deloitte and extensive nonprofit experience. He holds a degree in Accountancy from DePaul University and is currently CPA-eligible and studying. His focus is on building accurate, transparent financial systems that allow organizations to grow and earn trust.
Outside of Andrew’s professional work, he is deeply committed to his core pursuits: accounting, mathematics, fiction writing, jiu-jitsu, cooking, music, and contributing in any way that he can to make the world a better place.
